Fried Clams
Enjoy sitting on the outside deck and have enjoyed the fried clam and scallop plates at Markey's for over 40 years.
Baked Scallops PLATE
By far the best in NH.. the size of the scallops you can't compare. Huge and cooked to perfection. I order this everytime I come - been over 20 years and they remain the best I ever had. I top it off with a lobster roll - or i should say claw roll as there are so many ckaw pieces!!!
Fried Combo Plate
Shared the fried combo with my sister. The meal was delicious!! My sister had a side of clam chowder and I had lobster bisque. We were there with a group of people from up and down the coast and everybody enjoyed the food and casual atmosphere. It was a great location for our large group and we all plan on returning.
Fish Chowder
Up from the Virgin Islands. Glad your still using the original chowda recipe. Thank you a taste of home!!!
Clam Chowder
The absolute best clam chowder I have ever had! Delicious and the right amount of clams.
Chicken Fingers Box
Best chicken fingers I have ever had since childhood
Lobster Roll
What you see is WHAT YOU GET! Perfectly cooked lobster! LIGHT on the mayo! ?? Add a Diet Coke and ketchup for the French fries and LIFE IS GOOD!
Lobster Roll
Markey's is a destination stop on our way up to Maine and on the way back home. The lobster is done just right and there is not a lot of other stuff in there to hide the flavor. The fries are great without fail. I tried the lobster Bisque and while tasty was a little thick for my taste. While I really like cold lobster rolls my wife likes them hot with just butter. Maybe they might consider adding that to the menu someday.
Steamed Lobster
I love coming to Markey's for a steamed lobster! they give you plenty of melted butter that taste's like butter, not oil, and it all the tools! Their coleslaw makes a yummy side too!
